Nervous System Healing, Soul Insight & Egyptian Cartouche Guidance



Some healing can happen in a single moment. Other healing asks for time, spaciousness, and gentleness. A 2-hour deep dive Reiki session is designed for the latter.


This offering is for those who feel called to slow down, soften their nervous system, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface—without pressure to “fix” themselves or explain their pain.

This is a space for rest, regulation, and deeper listening.


Why a 2-Hour Session?

In daily life, many of us live in a constant state of activation—mentally busy, emotionally vigilant, physically tense. Short sessions can help, but longer sessions allow the nervous system to move beyond surface relaxation and into true repair.


A 2-hour session gives your system time to:

  • Settle out of fight, flight, or freeze

  • Build a felt sense of safety

  • Access deeper layers of emotional and energetic holding

  • Integrate insight without overwhelm

This is especially supportive for people navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma recovery, chronic stress, or emotional exhaustion.


What Happens in the Session

Arrival & Grounding (15–20 minutes)

We begin slowly. There is time to arrive, breathe, and orient—without rushing into the work.

You’re welcome to share what’s present for you, whether that’s emotional, mental, physical, or simply a sense of “something feels off.” You don’t need to have clear words. Silence is also welcome.

Together, we set a gentle intention—not to change you, but to support what your system is ready for.


Extended Reiki Energy Work (60–70 minutes)

The core of the session is a long, uninterrupted Reiki treatment. You remain fully clothed, resting comfortably, with touch always consensual and optional.

Reiki works subtly and intelligently, supporting your body’s natural capacity to regulate and heal. From a nervous system perspective, this often looks like:

  • Slower breathing

  • Softening of muscle tension

  • Reduced mental noise

  • Emotional release without re-traumatization

  • A sense of safety or spaciousness

You may feel warmth, tingling, waves of emotion, deep calm—or very little at all. All experiences are valid. Healing does not require a specific sensation.

Importantly, Reiki does not require you to relive difficult memories or talk through trauma. It meets the body where words are not needed.


Egyptian Cartouche Card Reading (25–30 minutes)

Once your system is more regulated and receptive, we move into an Egyptian Cartouche Card reading.

These cards draw on ancient Egyptian symbols and archetypal energies, offering insight that is often deeply intuitive rather than predictive. In this session, the cards are used as a reflective and integrative tool, not a diagnosis.

The reading may highlight:

  • Core themes currently influencing your nervous system or mental health

  • Inner strengths or resources you may not be fully accessing

  • Energetic patterns ready to shift or soften

  • Supportive qualities to embody moving forward

Because the body is already in a calmer state, the insights from the cards tend to land more gently and clearly.


The Egyptian Cartouche Cards are versatile and multi-layered in their use. In my Reiki practice, we explore them for:

✨ Deep Symbolic Guidance – The cards work like windows into archetypal energies, helping reveal emotional, spiritual and life themes that might be beneath the surface.

✨ Healing & Energy Work – Each card carries inherent vibrational frequencies. When paired with Reiki, these frequencies support clearing, balancing and attuning subtle energy fields.

✨ Meditation & Self-Reflection – You can use individual cards as focal points for meditation, visualization, or to deepen your connection with specific qualities (like compassion, will, or intuition).

✨ Personal Growth & Insight – Whether you’re navigating relationships, career shifts, or inner transformation, these cards help illuminate pathways and potential outcomes.


Integration & Closing (15–20 minutes)

We close slowly, allowing time to integrate both the Reiki and the card guidance.

If you’d like, we reflect together on what came up and how it may connect to your lived experience. I may offer grounding practices, nervous-system-friendly self-care suggestions, or simple ways to continue supporting yourself after the session.

You leave with space—not urgency.


Mental Health–Affirming Care

This session is not a replacement for therapy or medical care, but it can be a powerful complement. Reiki offers something many people don’t receive elsewhere: a space to be held without analysis, expectation, or pressure to improve.


You do not need to be calm, healed, spiritual, or optimistic to benefit. You only need to show up as you are.

This 2-hour deep dive may be especially supportive if you:

  • Feel chronically overwhelmed or burnt out

  • Are holding long-term stress or emotional fatigue

  • Want a slower, more spacious healing experience

  • Are curious about intuitive guidance without fortune-telling

Healing doesn’t always come from doing more. Sometimes it comes from being given enough time to finally rest.


This session with me, Esther Nichols is an invitation to pause, listen inward, and let your system remember what safety feels like—perhaps for the first time in a while.
