Here’s exactly what happens from the moment you reach out to the moment you receive your final gallery.

Step 1: The Soulful Inquiry

When you reach out, it’s not just a transaction — it’s a conversation. Whether you’ve been following me on Instagram for months or found me through a friend, I honour that first message as the beginning of something meaningful.

I will give you a little background about me, my offerings and how I work and I love to hear about you and your business and how I can support you with beautiful imagery.

Once you're ready, we confirm the date of your photoshoot and a deposit, and then you're officially in!

Step 2: Clarity & Intention Setting

Once we’ve connected, I’ll guide you through a gentle process to clarify your vision in a consultation, either in person or on video call — not just how you want your photos to look, but how you want them to feel.

This is where the magic begins — we’ll explore:

• Your energetic brand or personal essence

• Locations that resonate with your spirit

• Colours, textures, and movement that align with your message

• How you want to be seen and felt by your audience

I will then put together a vision board of inspirational images, send it across to you for you to review and make sure we are aligned.

Step 3: The Aligned Photoshoot Experience

This isn’t a rushed, stiff photoshoot. It’s spacious, sacred, and intuitive.

Whether we’re capturing branding photos for your soul-led business, portraits that reflect your inner light, or documenting you in your natural element — we move with intention.

You’ll be gently guided, but never forced. I might play soft music, use breathwork cues, or let you move freely until we hit the flow.

It’s safe to be seen here. No pressure. Just presence.

Step 4: Soulful Editing & Delivery

After the session, I take time to hand-edit your images with care — enhancing your natural glow, tuning the colours to match your brand’s vibe, and curating a gallery that tells your story with heart.

Turnaround is typically 2-4 weeks, and your final images are delivered in a beautiful online gallery — easy to download, share, and treasure.

If you’re a holistic business owner, I can also guide you on how to integrate your new photos into your website, socials, or offerings.
